Lanquin Caves

The staff was cordial and polite. The room was somewhat clean, the bathroom needs improvement was a little moldy. The room was diagonal taking space feels too small, the TV didn’t work, no programming available. No Iron in the room, requested one and never delivered, at second call they told us that they didn’t have staff available for delivery, we have to get it our self at the front desk. In general the hotel needs improvements, looks to old. No appeal.

There were fruit flies inside the bedroom near the window and in the toilet. And there was a water issue where our entire stay there was no water, no water to shower or use the restroom or even wash hands nothing.
