「Dated and trash overflowing in hallways」

「Room was clean, staff was friendly, comfortable stay」

「Had to change rooms twice due to leaky air conditioners. Trash (mostly beer cans) was overflowing from the cans each evening. Shady looking characters always hanging out by the doors. It seems like they were doing long term rentals which should be disclosed up front.」

「nice hotel, good location, friendly breakfast staff」

「The hotel has non-smoking rooms, which is what I selected but you would have never guessed that. It reeked of cigarettes, the place needs a full renovation. It was fairly clean, like no bed bugs or cockroaches that I saw but the attention to detail in the cleaning job was severely lacking. The bedding had stains on it.
