The owners are very hospitable, and friendly. Everything has been thought of to make your stay more enjoyable and trouble free. I stayed in one of the pods, which are just brilliant. Has everything you need. Has heating and a fan if needed. The pods are right on the edge of the well stocked lake. 「Taking its cue from Air BnB , this is a hotel with no Front of House staff and you get sent an access code that works for the front door and your room.
Right from the start you feel that it is going to be different. With a private carpark, accessed via the No Through Road off Market Place, you are in a courtyard with two impressive stone Gothic Revival buildings - the old Sessions House (1841) and the matching County Hall of 1927 - which now houses the hotel.

「Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights.
Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond.
Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too.
We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers.

「Everything was fantastic after we got our key but what happened was it was too much noisy and in the bathrooms there was no hand wash but room wise fantastic had no problem and hopefully there was a fan there because it gets quite hot in there but overall a fantastic place to go to and I go every 1 to 2 weeks and I like that it’s in one place where I got food near me and corner shops so yeh 」
「This is a little gem of a hotel situated only a 10-15 min walk from Boston town centre. From the moment we arrived we were looked after. It was our base for the Bank Holiday weekend. 「The staff greeted me professionally and friendly too making me feel very welcome.The room had fantastic views and the shower was fantastic and the tea/ coffee was good quality ie PG tips/Nescafé. Microwave was a real bonus. Only thing you need to do is pay attention to the warn out flooring and a small whole on grey blind. Will always stay there as great staff, fantastic rooms and excellent value for Money.」
