정말 최악에 숙소입니다

그동안에 겪었던 숙박업소중 최악이였습니다 다시는 가고 싶지 않네요 . 청소도 잘 되지않아 더럽고 청소후에도 타월교체 안해줍니다. 타월 교체도 해달라고 10번 이상은 말해야 겨우 해주고 청소 안하는건 기본이며 서비스 엉망입니다.저렴한데는 이유가 있는거네요 . 특가가 아니라 시설및 서비스 조식 다 엉망이며 최악입니다.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Luxushotel, in das seit Jahrzehnten nicht mehr investiert worden ist. Die Anlage erscheint verlassen. Nur sehr wenige Gäste obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht sein soll. Vermutlich werden nur die noch brauchbaren Zimmer vermietet. Achtung!!

Century Langkawi Beach Resort is in a sorry state of affairs. The hotel is in shambles. When we arrived, there were no receptionists on duty at the front desk, not at least for 20 minutes. Made a tour to their back office, even then nobody was around. The hotel is sadly understaffed, only 3 housekeepers to attend to cleaning the rooms (more than 80-room occupancy then). The sheets were not changed on a daily basis during our stay of 4 nights. There were not enough towels (hand, face and bath). The staff had to wait for replenishment from an external launderette. And these would only come by night. Our rooms were not cleaned until after 5.00 pm each day. The handles to our shower enclosure had come off and the door to our wardrobe had come apart. Furniture is old and badly scratched. There was no telephone in one of our rooms. A broom was placed at the corridor leading to the bedrooms. The swimming pool was a major disappointment - murky to be precise. Appeared it had not been serviced and cleaned for some time. The hotel cannot claim to be 4-star, at best its only 2-star.

Hotel in fallimento. Manutenzione inesistete e pericoloso per chiodi e gradini pericolanti. Il personale reception anche se molto scoraggiato senza stipendio da 2 mesi,non manca di cortesia. Fabio Costa roma italia

Don't be fooled by the photos!, the place is a dump. It was previously owned by Sheraton and would have been great however for the last 6 years it looks like no maintenance has been done at all. The seaside room was dank and musty my wife has two asthma attacks the first (and only) night we stayed. The manager moved us to the Century Langkawi Resort (near the airport) for the rest of our stay and this was much better but still not good value for the money we paid. Won't stay here again either.

You can see that the Hotel was a premium hotel some time back, but currently the installations are not maintained the way they should. So, it would make a potential good hotel with only better maintenance.

Fantastiskt läge med råttor på rummet.

Fallfärdigt. Finns faciliteter såsom gym, pool och jacuzzi men inget av dom är i bruk får vi besked om först efter att vi checkat in. Bilder beskriver paradiset som verkligheten dock inte överens stämmer med. Läget är fantastiskt men när personal får rycka in i rummet mitt i natten för att råttorna bokstavligt talat dansar på bordet så räcker det inte med ett fantastiskt läge.

This place hasn’t had any real maintenance in decades. It’s not a joke or exaggeration. There is no kids club, no shuttle to the airport. The facilities are in shambles. There are loose boards with nails sticking out all over the property. There are what are supposed to be common rooms filled with garbage and termite mounds and cobwebs I’ve only seen on Disney. The advertising is false. Don’t stay here. Some of the staff is nice but trying to describe issues with the front desk leaves one very frustrated and not all issues were resolved. I’ve never staying in a hotel that lost its power. In the middle of the night the air conditioner and half the bathroom was out of power. The rest of my family, a few doors over had no power at all! It miserable to try to sleep. Then the hotel had a power outage by the power company to start at 10 am. That lasted until after 4 pm (over an hour over the scheduled time). The next morning I had no hot water, nor did the rest of my family a few rooms over. We went to the front desk and notified them. When we returned that evening they didn’t bother correcting one of the rooms. They stated someone had to come into the room to fix it. However, after hearing much banging on pipes and thumping next to the room while my child was trying to sleep, we had hot water in the morning.

Worst !!! Be Aware .. Dont Go in Here

1. Rooms are not clean. 2. Staff is not supportive one day room service kept the balcony door open and guess what Monkey check in to your room and eat all our food while we are away. After confromnting they have denied door was kept open by them. They Did not even came back to clean the room. 3. We asked for Wine Glasses they did not even bother to bring them even after 3 reminders. 4. There is no Wifi in Rooms its very annoying. 5. Swimming pool is so crappy you might get intent Bacterial infection as soon as you enter. We saw no one entering that crappy pool. 6. They have many restaurants shut down only one cafe was open in which they serve a same breakfast everyday there is not enough to choose. from. 7. Room service .. forget it. ITs Myth. 8. In the money you could get better deal. If you want to burn money thats fine but dont go to this resort. I did it. I am fool.

Not a nice hotel

Feel very disappointed with this hotel. Hotel room very remote，not enough of light for around outside of the room in the night , feel very not comfortable. Another one thing is every time go out feel very trouble, hotel have transport to send guest between hotel lobby and room but every time need to wait for few mins. Hotel breakfast not hygiene , the salad and fruit display with no cover and a lots of fly. Hotel swimming pool with a lots of leaf and very far with room. I'm booking two room, but display and the contents of the room are not the same. Facilities are not perfect.

my room was dusty with one-channel TV. i complained and they came right away to fix. service was good, fast and friendly. swimming pool has a lot of foreign bodies. enjoyed the private beach very much. overall 2/5.

Dissapointing, old and not well maintained

I tried to arrange someone to pick us up at the ferry when arriving in Langkawi. Although I send two emails, I never got a reply. So eventually we (couple +/- 30y old) just took a taxi ourselves. When we arrived we were not assisted with our luggage. Check in was okay, although there was only one staff who was also in discussion with another guest so it took a while. We were brought to our room, when arriving there was a lot of trash on the street and stairs up to our room. The room was old, decayed.and the toilet was not clean. Some lights were taken out of the wall and the curtains were not set properly. When requesting another room, we got that immediately. Although this time clean and no obvious break downs, still clearly old and not as nice look as advertised on the website. In the morning when check out, we missed the breakfast, because we had to leave early. There was no staff available to assist us during check out, so I just put the keys down. Overall a disappointing stay.
