"The hotel room was great and extremely clean and updated. Very impressed as the outside of the building looked a bit rundown. However the room was lovely. I will stay here again in future. The pool could have been warmer but my child enjoyed it. The hot tub is on the small side but enjoyable for a warm up after the pool. "

"The family room was perfect for our family of 4. It gave my husband and I some space from the kids and each of them had their own bed. The views from the giant windows were amazing. Even though the clouds hid the mountains from us, the cityscape and lit up trees and fountain on the hotel property were lovely. We would definitely stay here again!"

"What they don't tell you about the partial ocean view in the king-size balcony room is that you have to go out onto the balcony and turn to the right to see the partial ocean view you can't see it from your window The balcony was covered with pigeon poop so I couldn't even sit out there. The part of the air-conditioning/heating unit that was outside on the balcony was also covered in pigeon poop and I didn't dare use it for fear that the air coming in would be contaminated."

"The room reaked of Marijuana when you turned on the heater. We arrived back to the room after a concert and turned it on. Tonlate to change rooms. An oversight on cleaning. The staff was good, breakfast was ok."
