Stayed here for a 3 night stay. The location was perfect for my needs, the free public loop bus was available from the front of the hotel which took you to the city, but it was also a short 8 minute walk as well. Acces to Roma st station was easy. The rooms were well.apponted, clean and comfortable. All staff were welcoming. The onsite restaurant eas excellent for both dinner and breakfast. On my last day I had an early flight and the the dining area for breakfast wasnt opened but the staff understood and provided me with a breakfast box to take away which was amazing. Highly recommended.

It has charm but room difficult in terms of size and lift noise. Staff excellent and Brekky great

Love this hotel and have stayed several times. Close to everything you could want to do in Southbank and only a short walk to other great areas across the river. Always smells great, always clean, rooms are comfortable and quiet. Best breakfast buffet. Will continue to stay here for years to come.

Walking distance to Entertainment precinct. Great host/ check-in . Secure building and car park. Comfortable bed. No washer/ dryer, slightly dated bathroom. Nice rest of room.

Stayed for one night whilst seeing a show at Qpac. Proximity was great to the theatre and surrounding restaurants. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was very nice. The staff were very helpful and bed was also very comfortable.
