"The ambiance of the Hotel St. Francis was lovely. The staff were so cordial and helpful and always available. The mattresses and bedding were heavenly. Slept well - felt like I was enveloped in a cloud. One minor thing was one of our windows would not shut all the way and we used tape to hold it together. Also I understand the lighting at the sink was unique decor for the southwest vibe but the lighting at the sink mirror could be better. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Jeremy (I think was his name) at the front desk was awesome! Super friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable about the area! Rooms were clean and well-maintained! My only complaint is there are no curtains in the rooms, so it’s pretty bright."

"Great stay in awesome location for very reasonable price for downtown!! Walk an easy block to the plaza area. Nice clean room, comfy bed, good shower, and a large separate vanity area which is a huge plus! No hassle parking. This is not your fancy hotel with a lobby to hang out in, but sleep here and walk there! Will stay again for the value!!"
