"Sylvi and Harland are wonderful hosts and really fun people. They were very responsive and helpful. The cassita was great too. It looks just as nice in person as in their photos. The view is great, and surrounded by lots of paths to walk. The neighbors are awesome too, and often talked to us when out walking our dog, and gave some tips for places to visit. It’s a 20 minute drive into Santa Fe proper, but there are many local resteraunts in the immediate area to try out if you don't want to make the trek into town."

"The property is stunning in every way and Dorothy is an amazing host. Located outside of Santa Fe, this peaceful retreat is just what you need to recharge your batteries. Dorothy has thought of everything and the few times I needed her help for something she was a phone call away. She was kind, friendly and very welcoming. There was a cold spell when we were but the jacuzzi made it perfect! I'm sure I will be back!"

"Everything was great, but didnt get a response from text messages left for the host. The smoke alarm went off at 530 in the morning, the continued chirping all night. Finally had to find a ladder to dismantle the barreries. Couldnt figure how to run the dishwaher. Would be nice to have some instructions. Couldnt figure out how to set the alarm when leaving. Again, would have been nice to have written instructions. Maybr just operator error."

"Visited this home during a ski trip In January '26 with 5 friends. Place was comfortable and had what we needed to cook a couple meals when we wanted to stay in. There is neighbors but the other homes are far enough away that you don't even notice and feels more remote than it really is, which was nice.It's only about 15-20 mins from downtown, some of the Uber drivers weren't thrilled about driving the more remote area in the snow, but still managed to get us home no problem. Master bedroom/loft upstairs is very large with its own restroom. The one bedroom on the main floor and 4 bunk beds on the bottom floor all shared the restroom on the main floor. There was 6 adult men, so no one really cared about sleeping arrangements or 5 of us sharing the main restroom, but could be less ideal for other groups where couples are included. We got a fair amount of use out of the propane grill, hot tub, large range in the kitchen, countertop ice maker, espresso machine and chimney in the main room. Went to the second living area to catch the week 1 NFL playoffs, would have liked a TV in the main living area, but I understand most people are here to disconnect.Overall enjoyed our stay and didn't need for anything while there."
