"It was horrible! Don't trust the online pics or the list of amenities they supposedly have. Cabins are the worst, we rented 5 in our group for a family reunion & all were horrible. We all ended up staying at a ranch half hour away & losing our paid reservation but they really could care less!The getaway cabin which was supposed to be nice, had sewer problems & the smell was gaging! They will tell you its the well water to just run hot water & not only does this not work, you end up with cold...

"We had to change rooms bc the first one was still dirty and there was human hairs all over the bedsheets like they didn’t change them. Then they were out of soap, we never got a replacement even though we asked for one. And we also had to have a new hair dryer bc the one in our room didn’t work."

"The resort is relaxing and the pools are terrific. Places to eat were excellent from causual lunches to refined dining. Upgraded my room to the adult 7th floor and was treated to breakfast of quiche, croissants, esspresso and evening happy hour of beer and wine with a tray of cheeses, meats, nuts and fruits. Had a great vacation and needed escape."

"I stayed at Tru May 23rd, 2026, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. There appeared to be an AC unit or other mechanical equipment directly above our room making loud, constant noise throughout the night—so loud that we could barely sleep. We contacted the front desk hoping for a solution. The staff were friendly and responsive in checking, which I appreciate, but we were initially told there was not much they could do since no other rooms were available. Since we arrived around 10 PM, changing hotels at that point was not a realistic option. After we continued reporting the noise issue, the hotel was eventually able to find another available room for us, but by then it was already around 1 AM, after a very frustrating and exhausting experience. My main concerns are: 1. If this room has a known excessive noise issue, guests should be clearly informed before booking. This was never disclosed. 2. I also question whether a room with this level of disturbance should be offered to guests at all. A hotel stay should provide a basic level of comfort and rest, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as this seems like an issue that should be addressed for future guests."

"The room was very clean other than shower floor, not really an issue though. The staff was very helpful and welcoming! The breakfast was super yummy and efficient I would say the only thing that wasn’t as hot would be the tortillas. Other than that very good and tasty. The outdoor pool was good just had a few leaves and insects from the rain earlier that day. Not really a problem. Very nice and deep went up to 5 ft❤️"
