"It was horrible! Don't trust the online pics or the list of amenities they supposedly have. Cabins are the worst, we rented 5 in our group for a family reunion & all were horrible. "Upon arrival the staff was very informative and friendly. We had a king size bed and sofa couch room, but upon arrival the Ac in our room was not working. We gave it some time then asked the front desk who sent the Hotel Engineer up to check it out. The air unit was going out, so he worked with the staff to get us I a new room. We ended up with 2 queen beds which was fine. In the second room the tv would t work but we didn’t plan to use it so it was fine. The Bistro for dinner was very good! My spouse had the Ribeye steak and it was soooo good! Overall our stay was very pleasant and the staff was wonderful. Also it was convenient to easily get to and from Sea World as well as several good restaurants."

"Odd smell on fourth floor throughout our four day stay. Entered the elevator as someone was exiting and smoking a joint. I know that is not the hotel’s job to stop every smoker, but it is a non-smoking hotel. It’s a nice, new hotel and I would stay again when I visit the area."
