"Excellent location, love evo vibe /philosophy and good restaurant on property. Biggest downside and it’s significant is complete lack of noise insulation while you’re in room since you hear everything from rooms next door/rooms below, even with windows closed. Hope evo does noise insulation to improve this."

"We loved our time staying here! Perfectly situated close to Tyler city and all of the jewels of Emerald Bay. It felt good to have all of the bedrooms on the first floor so that the top floor could be used to enjoy a family time, cooking, making warm fire after a long cold day and enjoying each other. Close to everything with really comfortable beds and solid owners who are communicative and easy-going."

"Fantastic views of the lake from very large deck. Deck has multiple chairs, picnic table, and grill. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had sliders to the deck. Nice to have working fireplace for nights. Property at end of dead end street so no traffic noise. Clean with washer and dryer, airfryer, kuerig, toaster, kettle, plates, cups, etc. Master bedroom has attached bath, which you cannot access any other way than through the master bedroom. Second bathroom in hallway in-between 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Large open kitchen/dining/living area. Highly recommend!"
