"New building great location."

"Very proactive about confirming my reservation and arrival time. I asked if I could buy some towels and linen and they gave a very competitive price which saved me time and quite a bit if money over new. The location is great, on a main road, not far from the TransCanada Highway and they are across the street from a bay or inlet close to a marina. I saw many sailboats as I drove in. There is a grocery store where that access road meets the highway andmr least one open pub at Ten PM, but not much else is open. The room had a kitchenette with a four burner stove oven, coffee maker, microwave, small fridge and some cookware. They had the proper fire extinguisher in a kitchen cupboard clearly marked whereas many properties don't comply with fire codes. The bedding was nice too and there was plenty of furniture. Moreover, the price was below half the average rates I noticed nearby even though many properties were sold out. A few areas could use a bit of paint and they need new carpet soon, but those are not details I personally care much about. They Wifi worked well and they have a coin operated laundromat which I didn't use. No restaurant nor pool but there are plenty on that road if one is not arriving too late as I did. Not only woukd I stay again but I wanted to make an excuse to do and would definitely bring friends or family with me to discover this lovely little. There was also a gardener tending to flowers."

"The hotel is in a really good condition and is located by a beautiful forest area. perfect for stay if you are here for business. food is accessible within walking distances and a 4 min drive will take you the main grocery market and additional food options. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Although this particular TV in Nanaimo looks as though it's seen better days, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was light but still plenty of great options. Excellent coffee. Would definitely return."
