"A wonderful retreat nestled in forested neighbourhood with walking trails. Had to drive to amenities, but not far to Sidney or airport. Hosts were super, suite was well stocked with everything you needed. Special treat were the presence of two wonderful Golden Retrievers, two miniature ponies, and Topaz, the friendly horse. "We loved our stay at this quiet and peaceful lodge in the woods! Perfect for our family getaway. We spent our days exploring nearby beaches and trails followed by evening soaks in the hot tub in the private and tranquil backyard. The house is spacious with a large kitchen for meal preparation and a comfortable living room with wood stove fireplace for relaxing evenings. Highly recommend!"

"very cute, rustic fro sure. cabana for instance has no doors, the cabin is enclosed but really only has the one very large bed. my one major note is the cabin doorknob locked us out multiple times, we made a rule to keep the key outside for our stay but could cause a large issues if they don’t have a spare on the property."

"We loved our stay here! Our daughter is still talking about our "new house" and she loved sleeping on the bunk bed and not in her cot! The house was absolutely beautiful, and every detail was thought about. We were absolutely blessed with the northern lights sitting by the fire outside toasting marshmallows. The coffee maker also didn't work, and the lights were very dim (the dimmer was stuck on the lowest setting). The front desk is only staffed from 9-5ish, so by the time we realized these issues, there was nobody to alert. Overall, cute spot and great location though."
