D Gowdy Suite 1 is ground level with private key-less entry and screened porch with skylight. The hot tub is located in the Aspens and is shared with the other rental on the property. The bedroom has a 32 inch TV and king size bed. The kitchen has all essentials and extras. The living area has a couch, desk and 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th.

The place was great. The host went above and beyond even to the point he met me as I got out of my vehicle and gave me the run down of the rental. I really appreciated the almost family like warmth I got from Jim and can’t say enough about the friendly people I met in the town on my short stay. This was a great home to stay at, the bed was comfortable, the hot tub was nice, the living room cozy, and Jim was fantastic in communicating throughout our stay. I would book this place again in a heartbeat! (The decor and artwork alone was worth staying here for)

We had an amazing stay at Jim’s place in Lake City! The location was perfect, within walking distance to mostly everything and a close drive to the lake. Lovely Place

I would highly recommend staying at this mini apartment. It was located in a very quiet area of Lake City. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. Unfortunately, a blizzard was predicted for the area and we chose to leave after one night. We were very disappointed that we didn't get to stay for both of our nights. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Autumn Color Trip

The ground level residence was perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. It was thoughtfully equipped, very clean and easy to find. The bed was most comfortable and the host maintained excellent contact. On the off season places to eat are limited but the kitchen is fully set up to cook your own food. We had a very comfortable stay.
