「Jim was excellent at communicating directions and gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area after living in Lake City for so long. Restaurants were within walking distance, and the house was in the middle of town so very convenient. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Lake City. Also dog friendly was a big plus for us as we travel with our dogs so much. 」

「I will definitely stay here when I return to Lake City! The layout and details made the studio feel much larger than it really was! Quiet, within short walking distances of excellent restaurants, and surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery! I enjoyed the small fenced yard with picnic table with umbrella, and flowers along the entry walk.」

「We had a wonderful time staying at the condo during the Film Festival. Location, cleanliness, and comfort were all superb. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen available to us and the ease of check in and check out. Would highly recommend this cozy condo to anyone looking for a romantic stay in Telluride. 「The Gowdy apartment was very clean and comfortable. Jim met us and explained everything we needed to know and was helpful throughout our stay. We loved the location, and the back yard was great for having other family members come visit. 「Spotless property. Enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the back deck where we ate our meals and read a book. The couches were comfortable and the large coffee table was handy for looking at maps and travel brochures.」

「Stayed this September with another couple. The views from the unit are stunning. Morning light fantastic. Well stocked kitchen with most everything you would need to cook in. Beds were very comfortable. Unit was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again without hesitation. Location in Mountain Village is very convenient.」
