Pleasant comfortable accommodations with a Queen size bed, an additional murphy bed, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. This is the perfect little studio for a weekend in Lake City. Jim is very communicative. The little yard was perfect for our dog to be able to relax and run around in as well.

Place was exactly as advertised- clean and cozy and the property manager was very attentive, provided clear check in instructions well in advance and was gracious enough to let us check in early based on change in travel plans! Would 100% stay again!

Great little place

Close to everything. Well outfitted kitchen, we cooked all our meals. Nice grill outside. Warm in winter. Just enough room for 3 of us and the dog.

Communication with the host was excellent and the check in process couldn’t have been easier. The studio has all the basics you need and we loved walking everywhere. No issues and would stay here again.

Fall getaway

Our 7yo and us enjoyed our stay. We didn’t spend much time at the studio other than for dinner and evening time. Perfect location to walk the river and to restaurants. We had our mini bernadoodle with us as well and the small yard was good for night time potty breaks.
