"The house was clean and very nice. The neighbor hood was quiet and peaceful. The only thing ( and this does not affect the house or host) the bed was too low to the floor for us old folks, and it felt like you sunk into the mattress a lot. But this is a very good place to stay and relax. "

"The house was completely immaculate upon arrival. The entire property was as advertised.Julie & Roger emptied and refilled the hot tub between us and the previous guests. That was a detail my spouse and I hadn’t even thought of, but was extremely appreciated. My spouse and I also took full advantage of the provided kayaks. We enjoyed them so much, we’re looking into getting some kayaks of our own. 10/10 would definitely stay again. Thank you Julie & Roger for being phenomenal hosts!"

"This is a beautiful property that is in mint condition. This open concept spacious home is located in a gated golf community that is absolutely beautiful. Hot Springs, Little Rock, Conway and Benton are all within a 1hr radius, which made for endless eating & shopping options. Communication with property management was 10 out of 10. We will return to this property in the future. "
