"Rooms are outdated. Handicap room had no vanity, shower head was small, hard to regulate water temperature, showerhead from the Flintstone age. Ok place to stay if you are just looking for something clean. Overly placed for you are actually getting."

"The owner did this property up right. Very well equipped in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedrooms, lanai, and pool was perfect temperature. Entire property inside and out was very clean. Can't think of a single thing it needed. Our only issue was with the GCVR's maintenance company. Air conditioning was not on when we arrived. House was 98 degrees when we arrived. Took our breath away when we first walked in. It took until the next morning to get comfortable. Once it did the house was delightful. This was not at all the home owner's fault, it was the maintenance company's "Final Inspector" failure. Home owner...you did a great job making this house feel like being home!!! We would recommend this house to anyone. And we would be delighted to use it again ourselves."

"Was only there for a short time and while there had busy days with old friends sharing baseball games and family birthday. Was away from home most of the time except at night. Also, had plane connection problems on way there and lost one night of accomodation."

"We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. The fenced in backyard worked out perfectly for our 2 dogs. It allowed us to grill and relax knowing they were safely enclosed. Excellent communication from the owner when needed."

"The check in process was very difficult and stressful. The codes to get in did not work. Melissa was very helpful when I called. Furniture in tv room was not comfortable. They did get us a second chair. Pool was nice and warm at first but was cold after the weather got cool. "

"Phillip was great. He responded to our needs. We appreciated the cleanliness, pool/privacy and space. Road traffic in front and some cosmetic issues, but didn’t impact our stay. Loved the location and walk ability to parks etc. "
