"There was a note left “from management” that the washing machine or dryer was not working which was incredibly disappointing since we were there for a long stay and absolutely planned to use the machines. According to reviews this has been an issue since September. Even if they did work they were so covered in mold I was not excited to try them out. Also the pack and play was broken and taped together and not safe for a child to sleep in. When we told management they said “thanks we’ll update the listing.” "

"The house needs serious maintenance. Things like toilets that keep running, a wall fireplace that doesn't work correctly (which is your main source of heat), a garbage can with a missing wheel that is covered in spider webs (that needs moved to the curb for garbage pickup) are the major things. There are also minor things like paint touch-ups, replacing damaged cooking utensils, throwing away broken decor, and replacing batteries in clocks. We also had an issue during check-in but the owners were helpful in trying to resolve it to the best of their ability. "

The location made everything easy, and the house itself was so comfortable and welcoming.Bonus points from me personally, as someone with severe migraine, there were no heavy scents or artificial fragrances in the home.
