I like the service, the staffs, e.g the pilots, and the servers, i like the seats and the toilet

気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
At check in, The staff was asking for money after payment had already been made online via Expedia. Thankfully I had given my mum a copy of the receipt (I booked it for her). The place was not as described. Very dingy looking with poor amenities. The only positive was the air conditioning. breakfast was not provided as promised.
