Semi-detached house, on one floor, with a garden at the front of the house with some fruit trees, and a garden at the back with various leisure areas and a swimming pool, which can be heated. Ideal for a family holiday.
Close to Lagos town centre, the Marina and various beaches such as Porto de Mós, Camilo, Dona Ana, Estudantes, Batata, etc.
Modern, fully equipped kitchen.
Spacious living room with fireplace and dining area. Smart TV with MEO system and Wi-Fi. Sliding doors open onto a partly covered terrace with an extendable awning, dining table and chairs. Right next door is the charcoal barbecue.
1 double bedroom with wardrobe and private bathroom with shower cubicle. Sliding doors open onto the garden and pool area.

In the entrance hall is the communal bathroom, complete with bathtub. All bedrooms and lounge have AC.
