「Good communication with the property manager. Loved the nice quiet location (walkable to the beach and seven valley trail). Very spacious and nice.」

「On arrival at the property, we discovered that one of the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms was uninhabitable due to a shocking amount of damp and mould, effectively making it a 2 bedroom property. The owners were clearly aware of the issues as they had attempted to cover over a faulty roof light with some antislip matting and black plastic! 「The house is wonderful, especially the lower floor which offered a bit of extra privacy and a great games room for the kids. Having an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor was also very convenient for us. The kitchen had everything we needed for our family meals. We also enjoyed dinner at a cozy spot just a short drive from the complex.」
