Soleil single-storey villa with 8/4 saltwater swimming pool, secure, fenced garden

Villa 8/9 people in a quiet environment on a plot of 1500m² totally enclosed. You will benefit from the 8x4 swimming pool, private secure and closed with telescopic shelter.
This recent house offers a large living room with flat screen and internet connection.
You will find a large living room, picture windows overlooking the terrace and a fully equipped American kitchen.
Kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer).
The kitchen opens directly onto a covered terrace. It has deckchairs and a gas barbecue on it.

The villa is located at the exit of the village of Lagorce, 10 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, Rioms and the Ardèche gorges. In the town you can also visit the Pont d'Arc Cave.

Superbe location

Je recommande cette maison les yeux fermés. Toutes les pieces sont très grandes. Maison très agréable, très bien équipée et très bien située. La piscine est géniale. Quartier très calme. Maison rafraichissante. Le plus : excellents échanges par mail mais également avec la personne très agréable à notre arrivee et à notre depart. BRAVO

Vacances familiales avec jeunes enfants et adolescent

Villa tres agreable pour un sejour familial avec de jeunes enfants et proprietaire sympatique, tres reactif a nos besoins . Tres bel emplacement proche de Vallon Pont d Arc . Grande piscine , grand jardin avec beaucoup d espace pour les enfants , terrasse ombragee tres tranquille . Un seul petit bemol , l annonce mentionne wifi mais la maison n est pas equipee : un peu dommage quand on voyage avec un adolescent de 15 ans (mais reception 4G correcte)

Beau séjour à lagorce très belle region

Avons passé un agréable séjour dans une merveilleuse région , maison pratique et agréable, n’ avons pas pu profiter de tout le séjour qui était déjà court 1 semaine , car avions été privé de voiture durant 3 jours sommes tombés en panne sur l’ autoroute à la hauteur de valence mais bon séjour tout de même.
