My stay was exceptional. Clean rooms and great staff. Room are small but comfortable.

Do not stay at this hotel! I wasn’t expecting enormous hotel rooms or full amenities going into the stay near Shinjuku. However, this was beyond terrible and I had to write a review. First the room itself is claustrophobic nightmare with twin bed that barely fits. There’s enough space to walk sideways ...

New hotel which is in a great location. It was the perfect room for a quick overnight stay in Tokyo, to enjoy an afternoon of shopping, dinner and then rest before getting a train to the airport the following morning.

They have 2 hotels with the same name in the same neighborhood. Confusing and frustrating.

There's not much to Kawasaki city itself. It is best used as a hub or means to get other places you want to see without having to spend exorbitant amounts of money to stay there. I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Tokyo or Yokohama.
Kawasaki is a very busy place, but has a surprising number of pleasant amenities.
Hotel itself was nice and the staff accommodating. However, inconven-ient location in an isolated industrial area, with day-time hourly shuttle service from hotel to Kawasaki Station (a 15-20+ min. ride), and surprising cab ride was our takeaway.
Close to our relatives.
I just wish visitors can buy Suica card without charge fee. Buying ticket all the time is a waste of time.
