Staff were pleasant and accommodating to queries. And amenities are good if you’re staying in Tokyo for a while. There’s a kitchenette and laundry area on level 2 which is spacious. The hotel is situated close to everything you need. Room was on the smaller side but I expected that already. Would ...

There's not much to Kawasaki city itself. It is best used as a hub or means to get other places you want to see without having to spend exorbitant amounts of money to stay there. I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Tokyo or Yokohama.
Kawasaki is a very busy place, but has a surprising number of pleasant amenities.
Hotel itself was nice and the staff accommodating. However, inconven-ient location in an isolated industrial area, with day-time hourly shuttle service from hotel to Kawasaki Station (a 15-20+ min. ride), and surprising cab ride was our takeaway.
Close to our relatives.
I just wish visitors can buy Suica card without charge fee. Buying ticket all the time is a waste of time.
