"This hotel was conveniently located for all of our needs. The communication with hotel service members also exceeded expectations, so I am thankful. The only issue I found was with the dryer in the room, as it required multiple cycles to dry clothes completely. Other than that, the stay was excellent!"

"Easy and comfortable stay near the airport. Location a little far away from the train station but the shuttle buses can easily take you to and from, as well as the trip to airport for free. Room is pretty spacious and has a really nice view of the waterfront and airport. Public bath was a nice touch. Will definitely consider this place again when returning to Tokyo"

"Dinner and breakfast were delicious, dinner very reasonably priced, very good value. Although no USB points in the room, plenty of US style points and can borrow usb from the front desk for recharge."
