"The property is located in a walking distance to the Monte Verde lake, which was perfect for our family. It was super nice to take a walk around the lake in the morning or in the evening! The house was well stocked with all kinds of necessities-coffee maker, toaster, etc. Kathy, the owner, was super nice and responsive. We had a great stay!"

"Very nice and organized property.. A few things left like salt/pepper, sugar which is nice.. soap, dishwashing detergent, etc. Nice property with lots of wildlife viewing. No view of the lake but very easy to access and walk around. comfortable beds, ceiling fans, outdoor grill. The management company was great"

"Beautiful clean property. We had 8 sleeping on a group mountain biking trip and can fit many more. 5 minute drive to the lift or golf course. Parking and amenities at unit were top notch and hot tub was an amazing addition. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we will be back!"

"Perfect size for our group. Clean and well-equipped. We cooked almost all meals there and appreciated the spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas. The ping pong table also got a lot of use. A great place for our family gathering."

"There were some pros and cons! The location was great, just a little walk to the lake and near all town amenities! The cons: There can be some updating done and a deep clean. The air conditioner would stop working and at night it got so hot we had to open windows, turn on fans. The appliances and tvs are really old and outdated. The carpet needs to be replaced and a deep clean would do this cabin justice. None of the pros hindered our enjoyment of the stay but for the price the cleaning could be better, and things could be updated."
