「I booked through Expedia and paid right away. When I checked in, male staff asked me to pay for my stay. Told him that I paid already. He said he has not seen my payment on their account. Insisted and showed my receipt. Still, he asked me to pay. I said I will check with Expedia. After a few minutes, he asked me that my booking is good. First time to experience being charged twice. For a big hotel chain like Marriott, I find it weird that their system was unable to detect my payment...
