"First room they put us in smelled off and the kitchenette sink was dirty and backed up. Moved us to a new room it was slightly cleaner but there was mold on the shower curtain. Then we saw a full grown roach in the hall way near the elevators. Pool needed cleaned and no pool towels. Breakfast wasn’t horrible but also saw a big roach by the coffee station which was a big turn off and ended up not eating breakfast again. Front desk staff was friendly for the most part but we had an hour late check out time and an employee walked into our room twice once an hour before normal check out time and then again 10 minutes after normal check out after I had told him we had a late check out time. Definitely won’t be going back it was an overall disappointment. "

"This is my 5th stay at this location over the last 5 months and I was surprised with the disinterest staff had in my problems and the lack of resolution to any problems I had. I was there for 6 days without having room service stop by to empty trash, refill toilet paper, fresh towels. I was there with my family which includes 2 teenage girls so the trash filled quick and the towels needed a refresh. After the first day of no service, I assumed something happened because it wasn't normal. After the second day I had to get more toilet paper (1 roll) and asked for the room to be cleaned the following day. When that didnt happen I had to ask a second time for toilet paper (because they didnt clean it) and asked again for the room to be cleaned the next day because trash was starting to collect. When it didnt happen the second time, I had to get fresh towels and was assured again that room service would come. On the last night of my stay, after trying 3 times to get the room cleaned, I was told the general manager would be available for me to speak to the following moring. Handed me his business card. So the following morning when I stopped by the front desk, I was told he wasn't in yet. When I stopped by the front desk to check out a few hours later I was told he wouldn't be coming in. The whole experience I was met with a lack of concern from all front desk staff. This experience has me questioning my future stays with DoubleTree."

"What a fun hotel to stay out great location great breakfast options"

"We were super excited for this trip at this hotel, mainly for the pool for my toddler. The pool was filthy and had bugs and hair floating in it. The room they gave us was the only one with a brick wall outside that looked like a party rooftop area and pretty sketchy, but luckily no one wandered up there to look in our windows while we were there. The breakfast was fine, but the floors in the pool area and bathrooms had noticable grime and the floors hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Such a bummer we were really looking forward to a fun stay with a pool day only if the area was a little cleaner. Luckily our toddler enjoyed it! "

"Could use remodeling. Ice maker and breakfast fridge were broken. I’ll be looking to stay elsewhere the next time we are in Omaha. "

"Our air conditioner/ heater was broken in the room and we were told we wouldn’t be able to move or change rooms. The kids were hot & miserable, we went to the pool where the pool water was gross and the hot tub had a ball of hair floating in it. Was not an enjoyable experience, the pull out couch also had pee stains on the bed and the sheets we had to ask for new sheets upon pulling it out."

"Trash strewn everywhere. I was worried the whole night that my car was going to get broken into, definitely a drug flop house. Don't believe any of the positive reviews just don't go there find another place to stay. I was there for about an hour and left I didn't care about losing my money I just wanted to get out of there."
