The room was clean but no lotion in bottle, which was weird. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They had computer problems on the night i checked in but the front desk clerk was determined to be as helpful as he could be, and was escorting all of us to our rooms to let us in our rooms. Great service!

Breakfast was good! Hotel was very clean. Some things in room weren’t replenished-no tissues, lotion was half empty. They was an item from previous guest under the edge of bed. Overall, it was good.

I stayed at this property on Thanksgiving and I was so pleased with everything throughout my stay. Even though it was a holiday, everything was up and running like it was a normal day. We had the kindest man check us in and he was such a delight! After a full day of holiday festivities and an evening movie - I was shocked to return to the hotel to see the same gentleman still working. And still just as delightful as he has been 8 hours earlier. The stay was great but your staff really pushes this place to the next level.

The only compliant I had of the room was missing facial tissues and carpeted floors. It was spacious, bright, clean, and well stocked with fluffy towels and coffee. The one thing I would strongly recommend to all hotels allowing dogs is a large fenced exercise area for visitor’s use.
