Todo muy bien ! La habitación amplia y con todos los servicios , el desayuno tipo buffet muy bien. En general todo perfecto. Por poner un pero la sala de juegos a mejorar, habían dos dianas electrónicas, y todos los dardos estaban rotos.

June stay

Check in was great, we were greeted and shown to our room by a very welcoming and friendly receptionist. Pool and garden areas were lovely and peaceful with amazing views of the mountains. The food at the restaurant was good and very reasonably priced, also the waiter who served us was helpful and polite. Unfortunately we found the beds to be rather uncomfortable and the en suite bathroom to be tired and in need of updating/deep cleaning. Overall you are paying for the views and the area, however if some small updates were made this would be a bargain. Another slight disappointment which is not a fault of the hotel was when we returned to our car in the private basement parking area, to find that someone had left and Apple core on the roof of our car.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön gelegen mit Balkon auf eine gepflegte Gartenanlage. Leider ging in der Nacht zweimal ein Alarm los, der unseren Schlaf empfindlich gestört hat

Buen hotel para una escapada

Un hotel con encanto pero un poco anticuado, necesita una actualización de las instalaciones. Dentro de la habitación hacía frío, no pudieron solucionar este problema, la temperatura era algo justa.Por lo demás bastante bien , el desayuno era correcto para un 4 estrellas, sin más.

Buen hotel pero pasamos frío en la habitación

El hotel es bonito y está muy bien situado, con un acceso fácil y cerca de todo. El principal problema fue que pasamos frío por la noche. La cama solo tiene una sábana fina y una manta también fina. Y la calefacción se paraba a media noche (era centralizada no podías escoger la temperatura tu). Pasamos dos noches, después de la primera hablamos con la chica de recepción para decirle que habíamos pasado frío y nos dijo q lo mirarían (no miraron nada) La segunda noche fue exactamente igual. Al irnos hablamos con el director del hotel y se lo comentamos, y nos dijo q había unas cuantas habitaciones que tenían ese problema. No nos pareció una gran respuesta. Le dijimos que si ya saben que pasa al menos podrían dejar un par de mantas más para que durmiendo no tengas frío. Nos parecieron poco proactivos a ayudar. En el desayuno escuchamos que varias parejas se quejaron de lo mismo. Calidad-precio nos pareció caro sobretodo por el problema de la calefAcción. El desayuno está muy bien, con productos de la zona y variedad.
