Très bon séjour. Un deuxième toilette aurait été apprécié... Un petit carnet de bord avec quelques consignes ( ramassage des poubelles, jour de marchés etc ) Quand au ménage facturé 85 euros alors qu'il faut le faire pas tout compris.

Une fois de plus super séjours dans cette magnifique maison

située à quelques mètres de la plage de la Grière et de ses commerces, nous sommes revenus une seconde fois dans cette maison qui nous plait tant. Nous étions 4 adultes et la maison est spacieuse avec une belle terrasse et tout le confort promis. Petit plus par rapport à l'année dernière, c'est l'internet de bonne qualité qui a été installé. Toutes les maisons de location n'en possèdent pas et c'est un plus appréciable. Merci à Madame J. pour sa gentillesse.

la mer à vos pieds!

Comme décrit dans l’annonce, la mer est à 1 min à pieds, avec accès à une superbe et vaste plage. La maison est bien équipée, agréable, avec une terrasse ombragée par les pins où on se sent tout de suite en vacances ! Un léger manque d’intimité du fait que la maison soit en hauteur, donc non dissimulée aux passants, mais pas réellement gênant. La colonie de vacances en face n’était pas non plus une gêne, bien que nous ayons séjourné pendant sa pleine activité. Attention aux tous petits enfants car le terrain est clos mais le portillon s’ouvre facilement. Au global un excellent séjour, nous recommandons !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison accueillante et agréable, 3 chambres, une belle salle d'eau, tout est carré, bien pensé, et propre. Le tout dans une résidence calme. Quel bonheur d'aller sur la plage à pied en 2 min, montre en main !! Côté réservation, là encore, c'était parfait. Interlocutrice disponible, qui répond aux appels. Les consignes étaient claires et précises, pour le confort de tous. Organisation au top ! A recommander chaudement. Félicitations et un grand merci Mr Gibily Aurélien

WEEKEND LA TRANCHE SUR MER

Nous avons passés un weekend très agréable dans une maison très confortable et très bien située. La propriétaire nous as réservé un accueil téléphonique très chaleureux et nous l'à remercions. Malgré avoir pris un weekend en arrière saison au mois de Novembre, nous avons pu profiter du soleil pour faire des balades en vélo et de la plage.

Calme et proximité de la plage

Un séjour très agréable dans une jolie maison au décor sobre. Le quartier est très calme et la terrasse depuis laquelle on voit la mer pousse à prendre l'apéro tranquillement en début de soirée avec la famille ou les amis avant d'y diner dans le silence le plus total avec pour seule compagnie un ou deux écureuils... La cuisine dispose de nombreux ustensiles et toutes les machines fonctionnent parfaitement. Les commerces (poissonnerie, boucherie, maison de la presse, petit supermarché, glaciers, crêperies, magasins de vêtements, restaurants...) se trouvent à à peine 300 mètres. Des familles passent en vélo, tranquillement, des joggeurs courent, des chiens se promènent avec leur maître : on se sent en vacances ! Les propriétaires sont charmants, toujours à l'écoute d'éventuelles demandes et prompts à les satisfaire. Nous reviendrons très certainement malgré le prix un peu élevé de la location en cette saison...

Maison agréable et très bien située pour profiter et sans voiture.

Propriétaire très agréable par téléphone. Maison correspondant a l'annonce, très bien située, proche de la mer 200 mètres et proches de petits commerces (environ 600 mètres). S'il nous manquait quelque chose ( même si ce n'est pas primordial) une serrure de porte de salle de bain qui ferme et un voilage pour la pièce à vivre sur la grande baie vitrée afin d éviter trop de regards des curieux :-) Je recommande cette maison sans aucun problème et pense déjà à y revenir.

The house is located in the pine forests. Nearer to la grierre end rather than la tranche sur mer. It is very close to the beach.

BONNES PRESTATIONS . Quartier agréable.

Plage à 200m. Très bon emplacement . Une vue sur la mer. Terrain clos . Votre maison est vraiment située dans un parc résidentiel . Enthousiasmés des ballades à vélos ou a pieds en bordure de mer. Nous n'avions pas besoin de prendre la voiture , Toutes commodités à proximité. Nous étions déjà venus 15 jours en Aout et sommes tous rentrés avec de bons souvenirs et bien reposés . Nous recommanderons votre maison à nos amis et reviendrons. Petits et grands se sont régalés.
