Everything was great. The room was huge and very clean.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

We had no heat in our room on our first night. We set the temp to 80 and it was blasting cold air, no heat at all. Room was very cold and bedsheets to thin to keep us warm. They sent someone to fix the issue, but after the maintenance guy left, we realized the next day that we no longer had “AC”. So, no AC for the remaining of our stay. The nights were cold, but room got warm during the day.

Really great spot. Love the low key aesthetic and cool design. The tiles in the bar area are great. Nice breakfast spot by pool, and beach club is outstanding. Only small issue is there were a bunch of loud little kids shouting and cannon-balling into the pool. Super disruptive to the peaceful setting and zero was done to ask the kids to chill just a bit. Overall - super spot and renovation has made it a gem again.
