Went with kids as a family of 5 and everyone had a great time! The staff is amazing, polite, attentive, and just kind all around!! Our housekeeper was great aswell and the room was super clean! Excited to go back!

Room was clean. Upon arrival the language barrier was a problem. We were given a room right away but luckily security took our bags and escorted us to the room and there was someone already in it.
