Home Truths: - Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access. - This home allows pets for a fee. Any undisclosed pets brought in without AvantStay’s approval will result in a $500 fine per pet. Please note that the backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to get through, so we recommend supervising pets when outdoors. - Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. - Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. - Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 86 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating. - 2 twin rollaway beds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate. - The Murphy bed available in our Media room can be prepared ahead of your arrival upon request. Once installed by our local team, the bed is not designed to be moved by guests. You won't be able to raise or lower the bed yourself during your stay. - Home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries. - During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. - A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics. - All furniture and household items must remain where placed. If you need to rearrange, please return items afterward or contact our Concierge. Unauthorized movement may result in a reset fee.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
