Peaceful new La Quinta Cove house with private front courtyard and pool/jacuzzi. Fully furnished with all amenities. New appliances, beds, linens and furnishings for your comfort and tranquil stay.

This is a non-smoking listing with two car garage. Electricity, Internet, trash, propane and other utilities are included in the rental price. A level 2 EV charger is provided in the garage for your convenience. A complementary housekeeping service is provided every 2 weeks.

Wonderful Host

We enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. The home was nice and well stocked. Lots of extra blankets, towels, sheets etc. Kitchen had all that was needed to prepare a few simple meals. House is 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath. Pool/Hot Tub were great! Host was extremely accommodating! We would rent this home again.

Modern home, great location & EV charger!

We loved our stay here. It’s a quiet, new, modern home that’s spacious and airy. The location is 7 blocks to hiking trails in the mountains. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything we needed in terms of cookware and utensils - everything we needed for serious cooking including a garlic press! Also, the mattresses were new and very comfortable. Our last vacation rental had lumpy mattresses so high quality mattresses were a priority for us. Also, the garage has an EV charger which was a plus! The jacuzzi and wading pool was really nice with a view of the mountains. The host was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we found everything we needed. This is a nice quiet neighborhood but also convenient to stores. It’s our first time staying in La Quinta Cove, we liked it better than Palm Desert. Our family loved our stay here and will be back!

Comfort in the Cove

We had an amazing month stay in Nov 2024 at Robert's beautiful home in the Cove. We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. Robert was available to answer any and all of my questions. The house was clean and is exactly as shown in pictures (maybe a little better). The sofa, beds and all the furniture were very comfortable. Soft sheets, good pillows, tons of blankets and towels. Kitchen fully stocked with good quality equipment to cook anything. Wonderful jacuzzi and plunge pool for hot or cold days. EV charging. 7 blocks to a walking trail that goes all around the cove. So beautiful being surrounded by mountains and being able to bike or walk everyday from the house without having to get in our car. Its a very friendly neighborhood with a good mix of locals and tourists. We felt very fortunate to have found this gem in La Quinta Cove.
