「Staff was exceptionally helpful. While I had a hard time knowing where to park, once I got to the reception area staff provided the pass for free parking and gave me instructions on how to reach the appropriate lot. Location is exceptionally good. The hotel itself is quiet but I could not put that in the rating because the night I was there, there was loud music two blocks away that went on until 23h on a Thursday night. 「J’ai passé 3 jours à l’hôtel Alpeen et ce fut une excellente expérience. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel attentionné et toujours disponible. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien aménagée, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. L’hôtel est bien situé, au calme, tout en étant proche des sentiers et des activités proposées dans la station. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour été comme hiver à la montagne ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir !」

「バス停に近くてアットホームな感じのホテルです。 オーナーは日本人の女性とのことで、朝食時にお話しすることが出来ました。 部屋はこじんまりしていて、ベッドは大きくて広々していました。ただシャワーのみでしたので、寒い日はバスタブが恋しくなるかもしれません。 ロビーが広く、仕事はそこでしてきました。 少し不安定でしたが、Wifiも機能しました。」
