「年末に夫婦で利用しました。ホテルのファシリティは今ひとつだが、スタッフのサービスが総じて良好。食事も朝食はワンパターンで飽きるが、夕食は２つのレストランが選択出来、内容も想像していたより良く、豊富なチーズが食べ放題でありがたい。ゲレンデへのアクセスは良好、街の中心から歩くとやや昇りがきつい。スキー靴だとなおつらい。リフトが止まる前にホテルの裏山のピステから滑り込んでホテルに帰りたい。私たちが滞在中、８割は子供連れの家族。レストランはおかげで賑やかでした。でも、みんな楽しそうだったのでこちらも幸せになれました。」

「Staff was exceptionally helpful. While I had a hard time knowing where to park, once I got to the reception area staff provided the pass for free parking and gave me instructions on how to reach the appropriate lot. Location is exceptionally good. The hotel itself is quiet but I could not put that in the rating because the night I was there, there was loud music two blocks away that went on until 23h on a Thursday night. 「This is a very nice hotel, with wonderful staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast is ample and varied -- eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurt, cereal, toast, juices, coffees, etc. The hotel is in the exact center of town. There is extremely limited parking near the hotel, but lots of it about ten minutes' walk away. 」

「J’ai passé 3 jours à l’hôtel Alpeen et ce fut une excellente expérience. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel attentionné et toujours disponible. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien aménagée, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. L’hôtel est bien situé, au calme, tout en étant proche des sentiers et des activités proposées dans la station. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour été comme hiver à la montagne ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir !」
