This is an older hotel in Quito. We stayed here for a conference. The facilities are old and should be updated, but the staff does everything possible to make up for it. Everyone was extremely helpful and the concierge. Many terrific suggestions that really changed our visit. We appreciate the effort ...

Lovely hotel in Quito. Attentive and kind staff. Breakfast options were excellent. Rooms are tidy. I appreciated that you get a fresh water bottle each day in conjunction with water filling stations on each floor. Would recommend.
