"Totally easy stay from start to finish. The villa is well maintained with all mod-cons you could wish for really. The modern Kitchen has a lovely open plan set up which most villas on Mar Menor don't have. Bathrooms are very modern and the showers work well. Beds come with the added benefit of a duvet instead of sheets which I don't personally like, so again that was helpful. "The villa is so well equipped and kept to an amazing standard that we did not want to leave. The outside space is perfect for relaxing by the pool, a peaceful family bbq in the evening followed by drinks to watch the sunset. Everything in the villa was done to a high standard and it felt very safe and secure, we only ventured out for 1 day as we did not see the need to explore. "Great villa in a quiet golf resort. The photos don’t do the villa justice, it is really quite spacious indoors and cool with 3 good size bedrooms and decent sized bathrooms, perfect for 2 adults and two teenagers. The villa has a great sized pool with really nice water temp and plenty of pool toys which along with the new table tennis table kept us all entertained. The Wi-Fi at villa was great and the Wii kept us busy when we needed a break from the sun! The kitchen had everything we needed and...

"The villa is just a short walk from the Hotel/Clubhouse and first tee, then a further few minutes to the Spar shop and the Boulevard. The communication between ourselves and Lee was exceptional - he responded to any queries within an hour or so and all my requests were actioned positively. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, the roof terrace for evening drinks and the sunbeds by the pool were just what we wanted from our short break away. Thank you and we'll be back!"

"Our first time in the area of San Pedro del Pinatar, though we've stayed in the nearby area of Pilar de la Horadada. First thing to say, the villa and the immediate neighbourhood are fantastic. The villa is clean and well furnished and has every mod con you could require. The outside areas are clean and well appointed. There is no dedicated parking but we never had a problem finding a space. The surrounding town is a bit less enchanting, once you get off the main roads its a matrix of one way...

"aThis property has the most wonderful views across the Rio Seco River gorge. Sitting on the back porch watching the sunrise, perfect. Unfortunately the property could do with a refurbishment especially to the kitchen where there is a gas cooker that you have to light with a match. Also the drawers are a bit sticky. "Real estate is great, nicely located. Internal conditions not great. 2nd bath has very low water pressure.Bring your own water boiler for coffee. The one in the property has been calcified. Allow users access off hours, it is not easy to travel here. Leave a lockbox outside. Print draw bridge schedule, draw bridge broke twice within two days."

"We love this place 2nd time back. Ideally situated easy free parking. Super super clean and a gorgeous smell. Staff all very friendly. Little apartment has kitchen with fridge, washing machine and TV. Balcony that looks out into garden and pool. Just perfect for a few days travelling through but definitely great for longer stays too. Great buffet breakfast at 5€. Relaxing breakfast comedor with hospitable staff. Definitely recommend and will use again and again "
