Villa 'La Gola' with Sea Views, Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

Located in La Manga, Villa La Gola offers spacious accommodation of 200 m² on the first floor, right on the beachfront of the Mar Menor at Km 3, with capacity for up to 12 guests. You will find 5 bedrooms: 4 doubles and 1 triple, as well as a living room and 4 bathrooms. Three double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the others share a bathroom in the hallway. The villa includes a modern, well-equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, workspace, and a private balcony with sea views.



You can enjoy the large shared garden and the shared outdoor pool, as well as a private barbecue for outdoor meals. The excellent beachfront location allows direct access to the waters of the Mar Menor.



On the ground floor of the property lives the maintenance staff, who have a calm dog. Their presence ensures a well-kept and discreet environment throughout your stay.



Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Pets are allowed and smoking is permitted. Please note that parties and events are not allowed on the property.
