Comfortable stay with pleasant staff in quiet location near to motorway. Rooftop bar only open Friday and Saturday in the off season so wasn’t up there but have enjoyed. Other guest were in the main male golfers think Clarkson and his mates on tour but were perfectly well behaved so maybe not a fair comparison. Did not have dinner or breakfast.

The room was clean, but towels were small and poor quality. The staff in bar and rooftop bar were rude whilst staff on reception were lovely. Nice rooftop pool and views - not heated. Ok stay overall - lacking as 4 star no slippers, no bathrobe, only 1 shower gel - no separate shampoo. Conditioner or body lotion. Breakfast selection was ok - apart from avocados that tasted real strange. Got bit congested when busy. Bus goes from.outside hotel that is handy with big supermarket down the road.

Beautiful clean room, received an upgrade from being a Silver perks holder. Pool amazing with Pink café and views of the salt lakes. Enjoyed all my meals in the restaurant along with many cappuccinos and Sangrias! All staff from Reception to the top floor and lovely ladies cleaning rooms very polite, efficient and friendly. Would 100% recommend to everyone wanting to enjoy the Torrevieja area. See you all in 2 weeks!

My fave hotel to stay in everything was perfect! View of salt lakes from Pink terrace is beautiful. Room cleanliness outstanding. Friendly staff. Delicious cocktails, sangria and cappuccinos. Food very tasty - my favourite meal was spaghetti carbonara! Reception areas spotless.

The hotel is very nice and modern feeling. The room was comfortable and had all the things you might expect. Temperature in the room varied a bit. It had both large opening windows and AC, but still given the temperature outside (~30C during the day when I was there) it was hard to get a good balance with those and avoiding getting bugs and flies coming in. Didn't try any of the food options. It is close to a few shops and restaurants (including a supermarket) and bus stops for Torrevieja (bus every ~30 mins or so).

Children and Spas don't mix

As usual everything was fantastic until I got to the Spa where I discovered children! The hotel has promised me on more than one occasion that children are only allowed in the Spa in the mornings. That's why I went in the afternoon. Very disappointed.

Property was really clean and room was quite spacious. Large bathroom with good shower. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as ‘hot food’ was quite cold!! Choice of cold meats and cheeses also choice of pastries. No tea/coffee facility in the room which was quite disappointing. Overall, stay was good and would stay again. Pink bar on rooftop has a spectacular view over the salt lakes and also houses the nice swimming pool.

Very noisy people in adjoining room till 3am! Could not sleep until 4am. Reported to Reception who took action. No Coffee in room or in hotel until 7pm on our arrival in the afternoon. Was available on open roof but gales blowing at the time! Staff very helpful when they could be.
