"Cuando llegamos YA estaba reservada a alguien más y nos asignaron a otra villa, la luz se fue en la noche los dos días que estuvimos, el personal fue HOSTIL preguntando a cada momento en qué villa nos quedábamos, nos ignoró por completo al pedir un menú y la comida se tardó más de una hora y media ..."
