"Room was very clean and confortable, just as advertised. Bathroom did have some drainage smell. The whole building is in need of some major maintenance, work is in progress already. Overall, it was great!"

"Great house! Perfect for a large family. It has all of the amenities needed to spend a relaxing time ocean front. The beach directly in front is a little rough but if you walk to the left a couple of beach houses away, it's nice and safer to play and get in. Always with caution. The care takers are very helpful. Sandra is a great cook and went above and beyond!"

"Loved the grounds, the beach vibe, the upstairs deck. Had a great time in the water and the pool. Grocery store is about 3 minute drive. No great food nearby except pupusas (amazing). The photos are old, but I think the place is like a little sanctuary with all the flowers and plants. It was a lovely stay. About 1.5 hours drive to surf city. "
