"First room offered was unusable as under renovation full of building materials and rubble. Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Having prepaid we want a full refund. "

"Clean and comfortable for a quick trip heading to south of Spain from Madrid after a long flight from the states, Lillo is a small town without much of anything to do, some restaurants open after 19:00 but I would drive there instead of walking 10 to 15 mins, it’s very safe. Alina nos recibió y al ver q veníamos cansadas nos dijo q nos fuéramos a dormir y ya mañana hacíamos los trámites de registro.
