Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable. El personal ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento y las instalaciones estaban muy limpias. Como propuesta de mejora, indicaría el funcionamiento del desayuno. Aunque se trata de un buffet libre, actualmente es el personal quien tiene que servir los alimentos. Creo que sería más cómodo y daría mayor libertad al huésped poder servirse uno mismo, como es habitual en este tipo de desayunos. Por lo demás, estamos muy contentos con la experiencia y agradecemos mucho el trato recibido.

Excellent hotel, ideally situated just outside of the old town but close enough to walk or take the bus. Except that the bed was a bit softer for my taste, I have nothing to complain. The room was spacious with a terrace facing the old town and upgraded facilities. Also there was a pool. I would definitely return if I’m in the area. Cheers!

Es un alojamiento tranquilo, la habitación está bien y se agradece el desayuno y la piscina. Se echan en falta algunos arreglos de mantenimiento, una neverita y alguna opción de comidas, sobre todo cenas ya que el alojamiento está un poco apartado.

O hotel fica fora do centro histórico mas tem um ótimo custo benefício para quem pretende explorar a região. No hotel tem estacionamento e quem está de carro chega na entrada da cidade murada em cinco minutos. Pode estacionar o carro no Passeio de La Rosa que tem vaga gratuita e entrar na cidade. Quem nao está de carro pode ir de ônibus, táxi ou fazer uma caminhada de cerca de 30 minutos. Os quartos do hotel sao modernos e amplos com ótimos banheiros. O check in é rápido e tem uma pequena copa equipada com microndas. O café da manhã nao tem serviço de buffet. Você escolhe o que deseja e um funcionário serve o prato. É uma ótima opção de hospedagem principalmente para quem chega de carro pq dirigir no centro histórico é algo bem complicado.

La estancia ha sido muy buena lo único es que tenía la reserva desde noviembre y nos han puesto en una habitacion que daba a unas maquinas de aire y sin vistas. Eso me parece mal ya que nos debian haber puesto en una mejor habitacion al tener la reserva con tanta antelacion

Hemos estado solo un día alojados pero ha sido una muy buena experiencia. Todo muy limpio, bien organizado y muy buena atención. Además tiene unas vistas geniales y un desayuno rico. Repetiremos!
