「Very nice place in a local neighborhood, if mingling with locals is your cup of cake. Easy access to metro and groceries, etc.」

「The apartment was ok, but especially the rugs need a good cleaning. The last renter had not done a very good job cleaning utensils, glasses and dishes so first thing we did was wash everything in the dishwasher. The gas stovetop did not appear to be working, but as we were only there for 2 nights we did not bring this up with the owner, so there is likely a solution to that. The area is ok, a small convenience store and cafe below, and other amenities and cafes, restaurants in easy walking...

「This appartment in calle Parellades, the main walking street, is situated near to everything, nice small shops, pharmacy, medical clinic, cafes, restaurants and the seashore. My favourate daily walk in the beach boulevard gave me lots of joy. It is equipped with everything one can imagine in the kitchen, bathroom and the bedroom and has WIFI.
