The hotel room was fine. However, this hotel has the worst wifi I have ever experienced. I had to go in the hallway or sometimes even the front lobby to have a steady connection. If you don't need wifi, the hotel is good, but if you are traveling internationally or need to work I would try somewhere else.

The staff was super helpful and made my stay easy. They helped me book tours and helped me with any additional questions I had. Overall, the hotel was nice and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

It was cutest hotel ever! The ashetic was spot on! I loved Carlos and Iyvanna! The entire staff was professional and polite. Very caring and helpful! The breakfast was fresh and hot! 10/10 definitely recommend!!

My family including our 10 and 11 year old children stayed here for one night while we checked out La Fortuna to see Arenal Volcano and La Fortuna Waterfall. The best thing about this hotel is the convenient location to everything and excellent customer service. We only stayed one night so it did its purpose of allowing us to stay in a place for an affordable price. But if you are saying longer and want comfortable beds with a decent pool then I say book somewhere else. It's right on the main plaza in La Fortuna so it was loud (ear plugs saved us). I also would not recommend swimming in the "pool." I think it was more of a pond and it's situated right where the restaurant is so everyone can see you while they are dining. All in all, it was an ok stay. Harrison at the front desk was amazing with his customer service and answered all our questions. Also the free breakfast was amazing so that was a highlight.
The free breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent.

Las instalaciones deben ser mejoradas.

El personal, es increíblemente atento, amable y servicial, pero las condiciones de las instalaciones del hotel son pésimas. Tiene un mal olor, a caño-alcantarilla, que no es posible permanecer en el lugar. Es un olor muy desagradable y no creo sea salubre que un edificio tenga este problema. Hice mi observación al personal, ellos con su amabilidad intentaron resolver la situación y buscarme otra habitación, pero el olor, no se eliminaría, por ello tuve que cambiarme de hotel. Debo recalcar que el hotel, estuvo de acuerdo en realizar el reembolso del dinero. Pero esto no es objetivo, ya que se busca un lugar para cumplir un objetivo que es brindar comodidad, tranquilidad y una buena experiencia; lo cual no fue lo cumplido por las instalaciones del hotel. Deben realizar mejoras y remodelaciones en las instalaciones y garantizar que el visitante no pase una mala experiencia.

This hotel is great. ESPECIALLY for the price. The stafff are very friendly . The rooms are really clean with a bug smart tv with all the apps. The free breakfast in the morning is really good. Coffee, juice, tea fruit and main course . I would recommend to anyone.

Recomiendo este hotel sin ninguna duda. Todos los empleados fueron amables, serviciales y dispuestos a ayudar. Karen y Daniel hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera más de lo esperado con sus atenciones. Nuestra habitación para cuatro personas fue cómoda, siempre limpia y con todo lo esencial (aire acondicionado, máquina de café, neverita con refrigerios, toallas y artículos de higiene personal). El desayuno es buffet, variado y delicioso. Ofrece el tradicional gallo pinto, y a su vez tiene alternativas calientes y frias para el gusto de todos. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para explorar la comunidad La Fortuna. Ubica en la vía principal de acceso al Volcán Arenal (donde en días despejados puedes observarlo) al costado de la Iglesia Católica. En el hotel puedes coordinar las diferentes actividades y excursiones que La Fortuna ofrece (hicimos varias y todas fueron espectaculares). El hotel cuenta con restaurante llamado Maria Bonita Steak House y una barra, Selva Negra Cocktail & Wine Bar. Tuve oportunidad de visitar ambos y fueron espectaculares, tanto en calidad, servicio y experiencia disfrutada. Para algo más ligero cuentan con La Ventanita de Maria Bonita, donde ofrece platos más ligeros igualmente ricos en ordenes para llevar. Este hotel superó todas mis expectativas en todos los aspectos y sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí.

All of the staff we met were super kind and accommodating. Very good service. The breakfast buffet was good, with the gallo pinto being a highlight. It’s right on the center and easy to get around.
