The room service didn't clean the room even once during the 5 days stay even when reminded on the front desk. Location is great though for commute, grocery and restaurants.

We had an amazing experience during our four-night stay! The service was exceptional. The location was perfect—just a short walk from all the local attractions, as well as the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Overall, our stay was delightful and hassle-free!

Everything was great! I would just make it clear that check in cannot be done after 7pm.

We loved having a balcony overlooking the beautiful blue Aare River. The room is a bit small and the bathroom as well. The shower is quite small. But we like the close proximity to the Interlaken West station. The rooms are very clean. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel building is great and it looks very nice. The rooms inside are also very nice. Clean and elegant. The furniture is old-style and very good. The service of the main hotel staff was good but the dining area staff service was terrible on the first day (except one younge server). First day, it felt like we came to the dining area of a no-star small hotel for breakfast. Long line up on the coffee machine, no refill in scrambled eggs for almost 20 minutes plus. even reminded a couple of staff members but they said they informed kitchen . nothing more they can do which understandable but even the manager was not helpful. not much good options of food in anyway especially for people of dietry restrictions . we went their for 25th wedding anniversary stay and paid high price but seems like i should have picked a different hotel. will never stay in this again or recommend anyone.
