「基本的に満足しています。 立地は中心部から離れていますが、ホテルの目の前にバス停があるのであまり気になりませんでした。 設備はWifiの強さを除いて完璧で、レストランも良い雰囲気でした。強いて言うならば、このレベルの大きさのホテルの割にはプールが小さいくらいですが、まあ、あまり気にはなりませんでした。」

「We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as...
