The location is good just a few minutes walk to the tram or bus station. My room is 404 which has a sea view. But there is a drain smell once you open the room door, and the stink becomes stronger when you open the toilet door, the terrible smell comes from all the drains such as the kitchen sink, the shower tub, the toilet bowl, and the toilet sink. Keep the toilet door closed does help, but imagine when you are using the toilet you are breathing in the great stink!

Good A/C. Good size room for a family of 4. Make sure to reserve the parking otherwise you might have to park on the street.

Wifi did not work. Even phone network was very slow in the room. Rooms are far away from the reception. Difficult to check in and check out when you have luggages! They should arrange something to bring the luggages to and from the rooms. Other than that, my experience was good!

Breakfast seating had a beautiful view of beach. The staff in the bar and pool area was very professional and very nice.

Location superb. A little older decor than expected but it was nice. Balcony was not as big as I expected. No complaints.
